Job summary

H2O Innovation is seeking a Junior Commissioning Specialist for our Minnesota Ramsey area to lead onsite commissioning and startup of water treatment projects. The role emphasizes mechanical/electrical aptitude, FAT/SAT execution, and collaboration with engineering teams, project managers, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RO/UF/MBR systems, good understanding of P&IDs, and the ability to travel extensively in the USA and Canada while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience with testing, commissioning, and operation of water treatment systems.
• Technical or vocational degree/cert in instrumentation, controls or programming.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across USA/Canada (80%+).

Responsibilities

• Lead FAT/SAT and organize startup at customer sites.
• Perform commissioning, testing, and startup procedures for water treatment equipment.
• Review installations against drawings and inspect pre-commissioning readiness.
• Provide operating advice and train owners/operators.
• Develop commissioning reports and operating procedures for clients.
