Synergetic Staffing in Fort Lupton, Colorado is seeking motivated Water Transfer / Oilfield Laborers to join our operations team. No experience required; training provided.

This role supports oilfield operations through the safe construction, operation, and maintenance of temporary water transfer systems in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Position offers day and night shifts with rotating schedules; pay starts at $20–$22 per hour with overtime in accordance with Colorado law.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ years old for insurance purposes.
  • Post-offer background screening and other eligibility checks as per Colorado law.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Commitment to safety and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, connect, and secure pipes, hoses, fittings, and related equipment according to job specifications.
  • Construct and monitor temporary water transfer and piping systems to deliver water to customer locations.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all company and site-specific safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
