Select Water Solutions’ Water Transfer CDL Driver is responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight. This position handles building loads for deliveries and maintaining a clean, safe work environment, including loading and unloading oilfield equipment and ensuring quality control during operations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Class A CDL, have flatbed driving experience, and be comfortable with DOT logs and inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible to drive a company vehicle per insurance guidelines.
• Energy service experience helpful.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects amid changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to/from customer locations using flatbed trucks and semi tractors.
• Perform load-outs of equipment at the yard.
• Repetitive heavy lifting.
• Rig up/down for entire jobs, including equipment loading/unloading and positioning on location.
• Maintain a DOT electronic log and Bills of Lading.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and current inspections; comply with DOT requirements.
