Overview

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in the restoration industry and have a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for speaking with customers, documenting each loss, providing water mitigation, demolition, and cleaning while ensuring safety and compliance with our company, OSHA and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the restoration industry.
• Previous experience using DASH and MICA applications.
• IICRC certified.
• Familiarity with duct cleaning, mold remediation techniques and fire restoration practices.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Must be fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus!
• A commitment to safety protocols and procedures during all restoration activities.
• Ability to pick up and carry a minimum of 50lbs.
• Reliable daily transportation to and from our Headquarters in Apopka.
