JENNMAR Services is hiring Experienced Water / Wastewater Technicians for full-time day and midnight shifts. The role supports daily transfer operations and requires working both day and night shifts in a 3-person crew.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, recording data, and performing routine maintenance while ensuring safety and reliability on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in water or wastewater treatment preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Job Description

Work as part of a 3-person crew supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations.

• Back in trucks, chalk tires, check driver paperwork
• Monitor equipment, and operating conditions
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns
• Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, including:
• General troubleshooting work
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and site grounds
• Mowing, weed-whacking, and snow plowing as needed

Requirements

• Previous water or wastewater treatment experience preferred
• Oil & Gas pad experience is a plus
• SAFELAND PEC certification (training will be provided if you do not already have it)
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check + occasional randomized drug testing

Schedule

• 3 days on / 3 days off
• 12-hour rotatinal shifts
• Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
