Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Program Manager to own cross-functional initiatives across AWS infrastructure in Seattle, WA. You will define roadmaps, drive execution, and partner with Infrastructure leaders to align priorities and deliver scalable water‑infrastructure solutions.

You will build and track org-level metrics, improve processes, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience leading water/utilities programs and data center planning.
• Experience with BI platforms or building data analytics tools.
• Ability to interface with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Establish cadence to review overall performance of stakeholder teams, timeline, and progress to deliverables.

You will work backwards to define roadmaps, and drive execution across stakeholders. This role will support AWS’s sustainable infrastructure expansion by owning development of mechanisms and technology solutions that deliver metrics, automation, data management, and analytics to help achieve our scale. The candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and be able to bring clarity and order to ambiguous scenarios. A successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people at every level, both internally and externally.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience leading initiatives related to water/utilities programs and products, infrastructure development, or data center planning.
• Proven experience diving deep into data, existing processes, people, and systems in order to simplify complex processes
• Experience with business intelligence platforms, or building data analytics tools.
• Proven track record partnering with business owners to understand requirements, developing analysis to solve their business problems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results
• Proven ability to interface successfully with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers
