Culligan Quench is hiring a Field Service Technician in Tyler to install, maintain, and repair filtered water systems, ice machines, and related beverage equipment. This customer-facing role requires a professional demeanor, technical skill and commitment to safety, with hands-on training provided.

You will drive a company vehicle, perform routine maintenance, replace filters, inspect for leaks, document work, and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Experience driving and working in field service roles.
• Professional, service-minded demeanor with strong communication.
• Valid, active driver’s license required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, sanitize tanks, replace UV bulbs, and clear water lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Follow company and site safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain company vehicle per policy, including mileage logs and maintenance.
• Safely transport and operate equipment and tools at customer sites.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Deliver professional and timely customer service on every site visit.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
