Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Wilmington, NC area to install, service and maintain bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee brewers. You will travel to client sites, perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls with a customer-focused approach.

The role requires technical aptitude, a clean driving record, ability to lift heavy equipment, and flexibility to a Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair and maintenance.
• Technical school degree preferred.
• General computer skills required.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Must have good verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot product to repair issues.
• Routinely replace water filters, sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs.
• Inspect for leaks and malfunctions.
• Perform service and maintenance tasks per contract.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools.
