Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair water systems and related equipment at customer sites. You will train hands-on, follow safety practices, and ensure timely, professional service.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, filters and UV/line maintenance, and documenting work via tablet. A driver’s license, physical ability, and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience using basic computer/tablet for service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace filters, sanitize tanks, and inspect for leaks.
• Follow safety policies and maintain logs of mileage and service work.
• Provide professional customer service and clear communication at each site.
