Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair water filtration systems, ice machines, and related equipment at customer sites. The role emphasizes professional customer service and safe work practices, with hands-on training provided.

The position requires physical capability to lift heavy equipment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a company vehicle across market routes. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with water-based equipment/systems.
• Basic computer skills to log service calls and communicate with team.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs, bend, squat, and climb ladders.
• Valid, active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Follow safety policies and site procedures.
• Maintain and document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
