Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Water Resources Engineering.
• 5+ years in potable water systems, municipal utilities, consulting engineering, EPC projects, or industrial water infrastructure.
• Experience managing engineering consultants and contractor interfaces.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, distribution systems, storage facilities, pumping systems, and utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, engineering, and execution of potable water supply projects from concept through commissioning.
• Coordinate with third-party EPC firms, engineering consultants, and equipment vendors during design and construction.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submittals.
• Assist in development of treatment system process design, equipment selection, and infrastructure sizing.
• Work closely with construction managers and field personnel to address design issues, RFIs, schedule impacts, and change management.
• Participate in weekly project meetings and provide status updates on engineering deliverables, permitting activities, and critical path items.
• Assist with development and review of contractor scopes of work, bid packages, and procurement packages.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in potable water systems, municipal utilities, consulting engineering, EPC projects, or industrial water infrastructure
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, distribution systems, storage facilities, pumping systems, and utility infrastructure
• Experience managing engineering consultants and contractor interfaces
• Familiarity with project budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
