Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking a Field Technician-Water Solutions to perform routine and complex tasks including fluids unloading, equipment maintenance, and all assigned work on company property while providing outstanding customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma/GED, at least 6 months of water-related oilfield services, basic MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license. It involves outdoor work, varied shifts, on-call duties, and strict SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in water-related oilfield services.
• Understanding of water-related projects (sourcing, pipelines, treatment, disposal).
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Off-load a high volume of water trucks daily.
• Develop understanding of the operation of all equipment on assigned routes or facilities.
• Measure and record truck and pipeline volumes; ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain daily contact with co-workers and clients to ensure reliability of Tallgrass infrastructure.
• Monitor contract compliance and safety, environmental, and quality standards as directed.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance; communicate needs to supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and operate with safety as a priority.
• Work non-traditional hours and be available for on-call shifts.
• Other duties as assigned to support operations.
