Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in planning and engineering.
• 3 years of project management experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Manage databases and compliance with discharge permits.
• Evaluate impacts of regulation changes on operations.
• Develop reports for compliance with EPA regulations.
• Coordinate Illicit Discharge Detection Program.
• Manage Lead Tap Water Sampling Program.
