Aqua-Tots Swim School in Central McKinney, TX is seeking a part-time Water Safety Instructor to teach children to swim safely and confidently using our Aqua-Tots curriculum. You will create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment while building lasting relationships with families.

The role offers flexible afternoons/evenings and weekends, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Two shifts per week minimum and reliable availability.
• Comfortable in water and able to swim.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families.
• Positive, energetic, and patient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging swim lessons using Aqua-Tots curriculum.
• Maintain pool safety and follow safety protocols.
• Provide progress updates to families.
• Answer questions about curriculum and progression.
• Keep pool area clean and organized.
