Job summary

PD Franchise NJ Management LLC is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to join our Bridgewater, MA team. You will perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification on both residential and commercial properties, while documenting moisture levels and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior water damage restoration experience and are comfortable operating moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and drying equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in water damage restoration or a related trade.
• IICRC WRT certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification on properties.
• Assess and document water damage using moisture detection equipment.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow IICRC standards and safety protocols on every job site.
• Coordinate with project managers and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently.
• Respond to emergency water damage calls, including after-hours situations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in water damage restoration, remediation, or a related trade preferred
• IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification is a plus
• Ability to operate moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and drying equipment
• Strong physical stamina - ability to lift heavy equipment and work in demanding conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Availability for on-call and emergency response shifts
