Job summary

Joe Taylor Restoration in Florida is seeking a Water Project Team Lead to guide restoration crews through water, fire, smoke, mold, and wind damage, ensuring projects stay on time and budget.

You will inspect sites, manage teams, communicate with homeowners and insurers, and maintain documentation and equipment. 1–3 years of water restoration experience with a WRT certification are required. This is a full-time, field-based leadership role with growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 1–3 years water restoration experience.
• Valid Driver's License required; WRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, smoke, mold, and wind damage restoration projects.
• Manage assigned employees and ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently on every job site.
• Perform site inspections and oversee project quality from initiation through completion.
• Communicate with homeowners, business owners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors throughout each project.
• Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and uploaded appropriately.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in working condition.
