Rainbow International Of Cincinnati is seeking a Water Restoration Supervisor to lead a skilled team through water damage projects from start to finish, coordinating on-site actions and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will train technicians in extraction, drying and dehumidification, manage equipment inventory, and document jobs for insurance claims. The role requires strong leadership and proactive safety practices.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
