Job summary

SP Global DRT is seeking a Water Restoration / Mitigation Technician in Raleigh, NC. The role performs water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation per SERVPRO processes, responds to service calls, and ensures efficient job flow while documenting activity and maintaining safety on site.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience in cleaning/restoration preferred, and IICRC or Docusketch experience preferred.

• IICRC certifications and/or restoration experience preferred.
• Docusketch experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete mitigation/restoration jobs per SERVPRO processes and per work order.
• Respond to service calls and establish efficient job flow.
• Set up and monitor equipment; document moisture readings and progress.
• Load and maintain vehicles with tools and supplies.
• Communicate safety hazards and jobsite findings to supervisors.
• Work as a team to ensure quality and efficiency; clean up at end of job.
