This individual will lead the planning and execution of water resource projects, including modeling and flood mitigation, while managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree, significant experience in water resources engineering, and strong expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools. Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in water resources engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or able to obtain after-hire.
Experience preparing and reviewing PS&E packages and design documentation.
Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, and delivery of water resource projects.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for project delivery.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring alignment with goals.
Manage full project lifecycle including scope, budgeting, and scheduling.

Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools proficiency

Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
