Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, Earth Sciences, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or PhD degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SGMA implementation for groundwater basins with GSA partners.
• Oversee hydrogeologic model development, water balances, and numerical models.
• Prepare technical memorandums/reports and SGMA-related documents.
• Serve as primary client liaison and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and manage staff to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
• Prepare presentations to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.
• Provide QA/QC on deliverables and support business development.
