Wright-Pierce, an award-winning environmental engineering firm, seeks a Water Resources Project Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team focused on water resources, stormwater, floodplain, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing engineering calculations, planning and design of water resources systems, and technical reviews.

Requirements: BS in Civil Engineering, 4–8 years’ experience, Engineer in Training, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or similar is required.
• Engineer in Training certification is required.
• MS degree is a plus.
• 4–8 years’ experience in Water Resources Engineering desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations with minimal supervision.
• Design water resources systems including stormwater, floodplain, riverine, coastal, and bridge hydraulics.
• Review water resources analysis and design documents.
• Manage tasks and review junior staff calculations.
