The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering and have over 5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in water resource engineering.
  • Experience developing plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for projects.
  • Strong understanding of stormwater management practices and design.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project development and delivery including scoping and budgeting.
  • Present to clients and develop proposals and Statements of Qualifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to early-career staff.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage projects with multiple staff
Familiarity with hydrology and stormwater modeling software

Education

Bachelor's of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
