Job summary

Reeves Young in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a hands-on manual laborer to support our water and wastewater installation projects. You will read conformed drawings, mark installation areas, and work on site to install mechanical equipment and piping.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and using levels or lasers for alignment. You will join a collaborative team, contribute to timely project milestones, and grow within a growing company offering competitive pay

Qualifications

Experience reading conformed drawings and marking installation areas.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with installing mechanical equipment in water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

Measure and mark installation areas according to drawings.
Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
Install all required lubricants, seals, gaskets, etc. for proper equipment operation.
Secure equipment and piping to structures with clamps, brackets, and hangers, using hand tools or power tools.
Must be able to read and interpret plans.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
