Job summary

The role offers exposure to drainage design, CAD tasks, and field data collection, contributing to real transportation projects. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Civil/Environmental/Bio Ag Engineering degree, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Environmental/Bio Ag Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• MicroStation and/or AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with VHB staff to advance projects in a timely manner.
• Assist with engineering calculations, analysis, and report preparation.
• Assist with development of drainage designs for transportation projects.
• Assist with CAD support for design projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs and calculations for construction estimates.
• Perform field investigations and data collection for projects.
