Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking an Engineer in Training to support the Water Resources design team in our Phoenix office. The role focuses on water-related projects, including drainage, dams, levees, potable water, and wastewater systems.

You will learn under senior engineers, perform calculations, collect data, and contribute to project reports in a fast-paced team environment. EIT and 2+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
• Master's degree will receive due consideration.
• EIT Certification (FE exam) required/strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in water resources/ civil design.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or Bentley is a plus.
• GIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support field investigations or assessments.
• Perform design engineering calculations.
• Assist in the design of water and stormwater infrastructure.
• Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in writing and production of project reports.
• Work under mentorship of senior engineers.

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking an experienced Engineer in Training professional to support the Water Resources design team in our Phoenix office. The position will focus primarily on water-related projects, which can include drainage/flood control including dams and levees, potable/supply water infrastructure, and sanitary/wastewater infrastructure engineering services.
