Fuss & O'Neill is seeking a Water Resources Engineer in Connecticut to develop practical expertise under senior staff mentorship. The role involves design analysis, site inspections, and technical documentation while building a strong foundation in civil and environmental engineering.

You will work both independently on routine tasks and with senior engineers on complex challenges in a hybrid in-office/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required or pursuing.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and report writing.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering techniques to related technical tasks.
• Conduct routine analyses and prepare summaries for review.
• Participate in field activities including site visits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data logs from job sites.
• Analyze lab data and summarize findings in reports.
• Prepare input for plans, specs, and historical records.
• Present technical information clearly to small groups.
• Refer complex issues to senior staff for guidance.
