Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Water Resources Engineer in Orlando, FL, with 1–5 years of hydrologic and hydraulic engineering experience to join an established water resources team.

You will work on advanced Digital Twin technology for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, collaborating with senior engineers and utility professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of water/wastewater hydraulic modeling or master planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, calibrate, and maintain hydraulic models for water and wastewater systems
• Perform hydraulic capacity, fire flow, pressure, water quality, and sewer analyses
• Support water/wastewater master plans and Capital Improvement Programs
• Conduct SSES and I/I analyses
• Integrate GIS data into hydraulic models
• Prepare technical reports, engineering memos, and exhibits
• Collaborate with senior engineers, planners, clients, and utility staff
• Support proposals and project scopes
