Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, standard CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling software.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of tasks.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Work under project engineers on designing and modeling water resource projects for federal, state and local municipalities.
• Focus on hydraulics and hydrology modeling, stormwater systems, data collection, assimilation, and presentations.
• Develop 1D/2D hydraulic analyses and models; prepare design calculations and technical reports.
• Provide environmental permitting support and field/desktop data collection.
• Develop visual aids for client and stakeholder presentations.
