Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent.
• Hawaii Civil Engineer (P.E.) registration required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in water resources/municipal background.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other design software.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required.
• Strong project management skills and client management abilities.

Responsibilities
