Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Water Resources Civil Engineer in Daly City, CA to develop hydrogeologic models, water balances, and SGMA-compliant groundwater plans.

You will prepare technical reports, support project managers with scheduling and budgets, and present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences. The role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive compensation up to $150k, full benefits, and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 10 years of experience with water resources (engineering, planning or hydrogeology) projects.
• Knowledge of water supply planning.
• Strong technical background in groundwater scheduling, budget tracking, deliverables, and progress reports.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, MODFLOW, Python, R, MODFLOW6, IWFM, PEST is a plus.
