Mosaic is seeking a Water Resource Technician to conduct perimeter BMP and clay dam inspections, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with environmental permits at our Bowling Green, FL site. You will maintain records and respond to safety and environmental issues affecting workers and surroundings.
The role requires 3–5 years mining or related experience, EH&S background, and basic MS Office skills. It is a 12-hour shift schedule on-site with full benefits and a strong safety culture.

The Water Resource Technician will complete perimeter BMP inspections, clay settling dam inspections, and monitoring as required by the Florida Administrative Code. Report and/or resolve safety, environmental, operations and maintenance issues as needed. Oversee minor maintenance for clay settling areas and perimeter berms. Perform operations and maintenance activities to manage process water in accordance with environmental permits requirements. Responsible for upkeep of all records associated with CSA/perimeter berms within their area. Be vigilant of issues and conditions that can affect their fellow workers. Report any issues that can impact the environment or the safety of the employees.

This position works the DuPont schedule (i.e., 12-hour shifts, 5am/pm-5am/pm, alternating monthly between days and nights, etc.).
