Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license and experience repairing and maintaining heavy industrial equipment.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals is required.
• Proficiency with email, word processing and spreadsheets, and work order systems is expected.
• Experience following safety policies in an industrial setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget monitoring and development of departmental budgets.
• Manage inventory to support maintenance operations.
• Oversee fabrication of machinery parts using lathe, milling, and welding equipment.
• Direct daily maintenance to ensure safe plant operations and proper performance.
• Produce reports documenting departmental activities for regulatory agencies.
• Supervise staff by assigning work and providing training.
