Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license or acquire within six months (company funded).
• Water quality knowledge and supervisory skills are a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Test and adjust water chemistry hourly during operation.
• Backwash filters and maintain proper water levels in pools.
• Ensure safety by closing or shutting down features as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment around water activity areas and landscaping.
• Coordinate daily schedules and assist in training Seasonal Water Quality Techs.
• Perform administrative duties such as time/attendance and labor management.
