Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience in environmental science or biological sciences.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to carry 40-pounds over uneven terrain.

Responsabilités

• Conduct water quality sampling in freshwater and estuarine ecosystems.
• Perform biological assessments of streams and lakes.
• Assist with local DEP District sampling and monitoring needs.

Collecting and interpreting scientific or technical data

Operating and trailering small powerboats

Preparing technical reports

Communicating effectively verbally and in writing

Conducting independent work with minimal supervision

Formation

Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field
