Qualifications

• BS or MS in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in water quality.
• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in industrial wastewater permitting and compliance, and water quality modeling.
• In‑depth knowledge of water quality regulations, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Safe Drinking Water Act, and CWA Section 316(b).
• Strong expertise in NPDES/TPDES/LPDES discharge permitting and compliance.
• Proficiency in developing compliance plans (e.g., SPCC, SWPPP, FRP, Dock Operations, TRE/TIE).
• Excellent communication skills—with the ability to distill technical data into clear, client‑ready language.

• Managing projects from kickoff to completion—budgets, timelines, QA/QC, and client relationships.
• Preparing high-quality technical correspondence, reports, and proposals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering water quality permit and compliance services for leading industrial clients.

Qualification:

• In‑depth knowledge of water quality regulations, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Safe Drinking Water Act, and CWA Section 316(b), especially in Louisiana and/or Texas.
• Strong expertise in NPDES/TPDES/LPDES discharge permitting and compliance.
• Proficiency in developing compliance plans (e.g., SPCC, SWPPP, FRP, Dock Operations, TRE/TIE).
• Excellent communication skills—with the ability to distill technical data into clear, client‑ready language.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful project delivery and client engagement.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards.
• Willingness to participate in professional organizations and attend industry conferences.

Additional Requirements:

• Must meet all Drug & Alcohol, Health & Safety, and Security requirements—including eligibility for a TWIC card.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to operate a full-size pickup truck safely is essential.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
