Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage monitoring and reporting programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct advanced sampling and analysis; lead special projects.
• Obtain, prepare, file and maintain all regulatory reports and records.
• Manage required permits and renewals.
• Participate in internal and external audits and liaise with regulators and customers.
• Investigate water quality complaints and determine corrective actions.
• Plan, prepare and control the portion of the financial plan related to responsibilities.
