The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Superintendent for our Water Division in Dallas, TX. You will lead field operations, develop and manage the project schedule, coordinate subcontracts, drawings and specs, and monitor budgets to control costs.

You will identify risks and implement mitigations, communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA. The role requires a high school diploma and 6+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ years of experience in construction project supervision or a related field.
• Basic computer skills are preferred for reporting and scheduling.
• Specific roles may require relocation to project site.

Responsabilités

• Overall management of field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish budgets and controlling cost.
• Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances.
• Identify project risk, and work to mitigate it.
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor.
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
• Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards.
• Manage jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision.
• Prepare daily logs.
