The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and a Professional Engineer license. HDR offers a competitive benefits package, and the expected salary ranges from $103,000 to $205,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience in engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng.) license is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage small to medium-sized projects and complex engineering projects.
• Coordinate project execution and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct project reviews and manage financial performance.
• Mentor junior engineers in water/wastewater engineering.
