Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects.
• Experience with Water Projects and Programs required.
• Certifications such as PE, PMP, or CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project controls practices to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with project teams to improve project performance.
• Manage and mentor project controls specialists.
