Job summary

ewi Recruitment is seeking an experienced Water Production Superintendent to lead the safe, reliable and efficient operation of water production facilities in Amarillo, TX. You will oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met while maintaining health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in water treatment or related engineering, with proven supervisory experience and strong knowledge of water quality, treatment processes

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in water treatment or engineering.
• Experience in water production or utilities management.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of water quality, safety and environmental controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and monitor plant performance.
• Review data, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance coordination, shutdown planning and chemical usage.
• Contribute to budgets, procedures and emergency plans.
