Job summary

Niagara Bottling is hiring an Utilities Technician to maintain and operate utility systems such as compressed air, water and electrical distribution at our facility in California. You will perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and inspections to ensure continuous production and safety.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or higher, plus manufacturing experience. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures within a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years – experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years – experience in position.
• Minimum 4 years – experience managing people/projects.
• Education may be a combination of work experience and education.
• Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and operate utility systems including compressed air, process water, product water and electrical distribution.
• Maintain electrical distribution and equipment with preventative maintenance tasks and data review.
• Maintain process water and filtration equipment with preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain water systems, pumps and piping to ensure water supply to production lines and support equipment.
• Calibrate and operate ozone production and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain and operate reverse osmosis equipment including CIP and monitoring instruments.
