The role requires rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and nights; on-call or standby work may be assigned. Candidates must meet one of two WDNR certification paths and obtain the Grade T-S within six months, with the company sponsoring the exam; DOT PHMSA regulations also apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; 1+ year preferred in water plant/related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain drinking water plant and auxiliary facilities.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, nights; possible on-call/standby duty.
• Make decisions based on instruments and visual/audio information; respond to emergencies as a contact for customers.
