Job summary

The City of Fairfield Waterworks is hiring a full-time Water Treatment Operator to begin on or around October 26, 2026. Starting wage is $23.00 per hour, with an increase to $25.17 per hour after successful completion of Grade 1 treatment license within 6 months. A Grade II Water Treatment Operator is preferred, at $26.37 per hour, with training available for the right candidate.
