Job summary

Dalworth Restoration is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician to join our Euless, TX team. This full-time role focuses on rapid, professional mitigation services for residential and commercial properties affected by water, mold, or fire damage.

You will assist with estimating, Xactimate documentation, and coordination with project leaders to ensure timely responses and high-quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license and IICRC certs are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanings.
• 1+ year experience in carpentry.
• Availability to work a rotating on-call schedule.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physical environments.
• IICRC Certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all the mitigation services the company offers.
• Equipment set up and take down.
• Containment.
• Complete drying of the structure.
• Cleaning.
• Complete necessary documentation, daily logs, work orders, etc.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Load vehicles with equipment and supplies for the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and managers.
• Participate in required training.
• All other tasks as assigned by Crew Leader/Manager.
