Job summary

Volarify is seeking a Water/Mitigation Technician for its North Texas restoration team. You will respond to water, fire, and mold mitigation projects at customer properties, set up and monitor drying equipment, and perform moisture checks and basic demolition.

• Mitigation experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.) are valuable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating on-call/emergency shifts.
• Physically able to perform demolition, equipment setup, and other hands‑on field work
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working directly with customers during stressful situations

About the Role

Our Client is looking for a Water/Mitigation Technician to join a growing North Texas restoration team. You'll be on the front lines of water, fire, and mold mitigation projects — responding to losses, setting up equipment, and helping properties get on the path to recovery. This is a hands‑on field role, working directly at customer properties and job sites.

What You'll Do

• Respond to water, fire, and mold mitigation calls, including on-call/emergency response as scheduled
• Perform moisture detection, water extraction, and structural drying
• Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
• Perform demolition of affected materials as needed
• Document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress for accurate reporting
