Job summary
A global engineering consultancy seeks an experienced Structural Engineer to join our Resilience Water team in Philadelphia. This role focuses on delivering sustainable solutions for water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and flood resilience systems. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in STAAD Pro. Qualifications
5 years of structural engineering design experience, supporting water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
Comfortable preparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, calculations, cost estimates, and schedules.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of structural solutions for water infrastructure projects.
Develop and evaluate structural design concepts based on project objectives and regulatory requirements.
Prepare high-quality technical deliverables including engineering calculations, design drawings, and specifications.
Support project delivery by assisting with budget tracking and schedule adherence.
Skills
Structural design for water/wastewater projects
Proficiency in STAAD Pro
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Working knowledge of Revit
Strong written and verbal communication
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
