Syblon Reid Co. in Boise, ID, seeks a Project Manager for heavy civil construction projects with emphasis on water infrastructure and hydro power.

The role manages all aspects of construction management, develops client relationships, and ensures safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and quality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and can manage projects up to $25 million, with travel across the Pacific Northwest.

Formación

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to Project Management Team and ensure project profitability, safety, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Develop procurement, environmental, cost control and risk management plans.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with project team and client/owner; report to Operations Manager.
• Oversee Site Safety Plans and ensure constructability issues are resolved.
• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
