Psomas in South Jordan, UT is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of critical water, wastewater, and recycled water projects across the Wasatch Front. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and drive project success through technical excellence and strong client partnerships.

The role features a 4.5-day work week with in-office Monday-Thursday (9-hour days) and remote on Fridays, plus opportunities for career growth and mentorship in a collaborative, employee-owned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Utah.
10+ years of experience managing water infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated success delivering water and wastewater projects in Wasatch Front.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure projects.
Review plans, specs, and reports; provide technical quality oversight.
Manage staffing, budgets, schedules, and cost estimating.
Support client relationships, pursuit planning, and proposals.
