Job summary

Shakopee Public Utilities in Minnesota's Engineering Department seeks an Engineering Supervisor (Water) to manage planning, design, construction, and documentation of water system infrastructure projects.

The role provides engineering and project management oversight for water system improvements, new development, and rehab of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with SPU standards, applicable regulations, approved plans and specifications, budgets, schedules, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, design, construction and documentation of water infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, construction and documentation of water projects.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, budgets, schedules and safety.
• Coordinate with developers, contractors, consultants, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders.
