The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Manager for a key water infrastructure project in Agoura Hills, CA. You will lead multiple facets of the project from startup through close-out, overseeing scheduling, costs, and personnel, while maintaining client relationships.

• 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup, completion, and close-out.
• Develop personnel development and recruiting strategy.
• Manage contractual issues and establish customer relationships.
• Forecast costs for project completion with accuracy.
• Lead and develop the project team and resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and quality plans are followed.
